Biore Products, how to get $17 for less then $3

While picking up some dove products the other day I noticed a great possible deal on Biore at Target.  (And while these posts make it sound like I am a Target fanatic.. I am actually far from it!)

Currently, Target is running a $5 gift card reward when you buy 3 marked products.  Biore is also currently offering a $2 printable coupon good for any Biore product when you sign up for their mailing list.  (You can also get the coupon while declining as well.)

Possible deal #1:

                                                         $ 5.94  2 boxes of 8 pore cleansing strips
                                                       +   5.94
                                                       +   5.94    1 Biore cleanser

$11.82 (or  $6.82 after the Target giftcard)

Possible deal #2: (which I got to take advantage of today)

                                                         $ 5.94  2 boxes of 8 pore cleansing strips
                                                       +   5.94

Almost Free Armor All Products

I took a second trip to Target today to take advantage of the Biore Deal thats currently going on.  What I also happened to find is a great deal on various Armor All products when you combine a coupon with their mail in rebate.

Possible Deal:

7 oz Wheel Protector -              $6.00
1 Multi Purpose Auto Cleaner - $4.49
                                               -  3.00 Target.com printable
                                               -  6.00 wheel protector rebate
                                               --------
                                               $1.49 for both products

There are quite a few options you can take advantage of with this rebate, you just need to spend at least $3.49.  I chose the spray just as an example, so you could easily knock this down to possibly about $.49 for both.

Dove Deal @ Target

Since the $2 from Dove rest on Sunday I managed to get two coupons printed out!  This of course lead to that great deal I mentioned the other day when you combine the $2 manufacturer's coupon along with the Target coupon (stackable).  Even when pairing this with full price its still a great deal at $.49 and $.69 or in other words, 85% off after coupons.  Fairly respectable for a body mist and a full size deodorant.

Forget free trial sizes after coupon... I'll take almost free full size any day!

Coming tomorrow: great possible deal on Biore products after coupons and gift card from Target

Kraft First Taste

One of the neat programs I love to participate in is Kraft First Taste. Kraft First Taste's biggest draw is the obvious... the chase to try out new products! Sometimes this involves free offers, sometimes just discounts and sometimes new announcements. (Offers can vary slightly person to person.)

The first offer I received was just a high value coupon, but Kraft's latest offer includes free packages of...

KOOL-AID Fun Fizz Drink Drops
Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Shaved Meats
Ritz Crackerfuls Filled Crackers
Kraft 100 Calorie Packs Cheese Bites
Kraft Homestyle Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
Digiorno Deep Dish Pizza

If you haven't joined yet, its a neat program to be a part of.. and you have everything to gain!

Kraft First Taste

Sample of Ritz Crackerfuls!

Looks like Ritz is giving away a new free sample of their Ritz Crackerfulls on Facebook!

Check it out here on Facebook

You will have to "like" them in order to take an advantage of the sample. These always catch my eye in the store but I've never bought them, looks like I'll get a chance to taste them without purchasing them!

Dove Deals - Target

Dove has a couple great coupons at the moment & depend on which ones you can snag they can mean some cheap or even pretty deodorant or body mist!

My Target here in Louisville has their Dove deodorant & body mist at normal price for $3.64

Possible Deal #1

Dove has a great $1.50 coupon at their site here

Target has a $1.00 coupon for specified Dove products

Result? $1.14

Possible Deal #2

Bricks $2.00 coupon for any Dove deodorant or body mist (Prints on this campaign may not longer be available)

Target has a $1.00 coupon for specified Dove products

Result? $.64

I've heard that some Targets may or may not have these on sale for $2.99. That could possibly make for some great free products!

I managed to pick up 3 Dove deodorants and a body mist today for a grand total of 2.56. Not free, but still a great savings that can be put to use somewhere else in my budget.

UPDATE: Red Plum is also listing a $1 coupon as well, so if your local Target is running the $2.99 sale you may also be able to snag a couple more for about a $1 each.

Getting Started

Growing up in New Jersey, my mother pretty much clipped coupons for as long as I could remember. She was never "religious" about it but it was something I always associate with money. As time went on she stopped clipping and never picked it up again for whatever reason. When times got tight about two years ago I started to casually clip coupons again. I wasn't really saving a whole lot, just a few dollars here and there - never enough to see a difference. It always seemed that if I wasn't going to commit to eating a lot of processed food it wasn't going to be worth the effort.

Last year, my mother agreed to move 700 miles with me from PA to Louisville Kentucky. Facing unemployment with both my Mother and me... I decided to take our coupon clipping to the next level - determined to both save money while not succumbing to convince or unhealthy food.

These... are my coupon adventures.
